This kokeshi lid was made by KANO Yohei who is a Sakunami tyle kokeshi craftsman.

Yohei is making kokeshi dolls with his father KANO Hiroshi. Because of the system of inheriting traditional kokeshi skill, there are only the small differences in the father and son’s kokeshi. But if you find something, it will explore your interest to the kokeshi world more.

Note: This pot can be hand washed with water. The kokeshi lid is not water proof. It will be damaged by moisture easily. Please avoid water and when you clean it, use a dry cloth.

仙台市の作並系こけし加納陽平工人のこけし蓋の器です。鮮やかな桃の花が美しい一品です。

こけしの蓋はあまり水に強くはありません。できるだけ乾いた布でのお手入れをお願いします。（器は水洗い可能です）

- Our kokeshi are made of wood, so please avoid exposure to direct sunlight or heat. Humidity may damage the kokeshi. Please avoid excess moisture. (especially direct air from the air conditioner damages to the kokeshi dolls.)
