This is a Togatta style kokeshi doll, by Masahiro Hayasaka who is a Togatta style kokeshi craftsman. The flower pattern on the body is 'kuzushi sakura', which is a characteristic of Togatta style kokeshi doll.

He was born in a forestry family in 1961. He started woodworking in 1976, and started making kokshi dolls in 1981. His master is Masahiro SATO (1938-).

- Our kokeshi are made of wood, so please avoid exposure to direct sunlight or heat. Humidity may damage the kokeshi. Please avoid excess moisture. (especially direct air from the air conditioner damages to the kokeshi dolls.)
