This is an ejiko doll, by HAYASAKA, Toshinari who is a Naruko style kokeshi craftsman.
Ejiko is one of the names for cradle in Japanese, which was used while parents were farm working in a rural area.
This kokeshi has spinning tops and one more cute kokeshi in her cradle.
